Mark Liberati brings over four decades of distinguished experience in real estate, property development, and municipal law to his role as General Counsel. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College (1974) and Suffolk University Law School (1977), Mark founded his own firm in 1978, building a preeminent reputation in Rhode Island for navigating complex property matters. His extensive expertise spans construction disputes, contract arbitration, mechanic’s lien litigation, and the representation of affordable housing developers. Having served as a closing officer and title attorney for hundreds of residential transactions, Mark provides Canning Capital with invaluable guidance across the entire lending lifecycle, from strategic loan structuring to efficient closings. In addition to his corporate leadership, Mark proudly serves his community as the Probate Judge for the Town of Jamestown.
